About Chef Rodrigo Perez
With a bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts from Universidad Anáhuac, Chef Perez had a talent and flair for creating cuisine and an impressive drive for success. He graduated at the top of his class and worked in various hotels and restaurants while still in college. Rodrigo Perez was promoted to the position of Chef while still attending school and participated in both national and international culinary contests. Clearly meant for the culinary arts, he worked at a multitude of restaurants after graduating, eventually stepping into a position at Sonora Grill, a high-end establishment serving delicious Mexican flavours.
