Aroma’s mimosa with mezcal. A blend of orange juice, sparkling water and mezcal.
Nogada Salad
Based on the classic festive Chile en Nogada, mixed lettuce, arugula, roasted poblanos, apples, pears, peanuts, pomegranate seeds with a creamy walnut sauce.
Aroma’s Birria Quesadillas
Corn tortillas with melted cheese and slow braised beef in a red chile sauce.
Aztec Casserole
Layers of corn tortillas, squash, zucchini, corn kennels, cheese, sour cream in poblano and tomatillo sauce.
Pan de Muerto (Day of the Dead bread)
Traditional sweet and earthy rich bread stuffed with two different
fillings; diplomat cream and strawberries; and mexican style pumpkin diplomat cream.
